I am currently dealing with what, in my opinion, is a staggering level of unprofessional and unethical behavior from this organization, involving what I believe to be blatant lying and dishonesty. Their rudeness and utter disregard as experienced recently is by my estimation morbidly unconscionable. It pains me to write such evaluations, but until their human relations improves, this review will remain.

This is the best company I have ever worked with before. They work hard at understanding their tenant’s needs. They are very supportive of your business. They understand the challenges that a small business has to face. And they are willing to work with you in order to make you successful. I would recommend to work with this company to any small business owners out there.

I love renting a place for my business through US property. It is my favorite salon space I have ever rented, they are easy to work with, and my rent is an amazing price. I appreciate the month to month leases, and I appreciate that if I ever need something, my questions are answered in a timely manner. I highly recommend having a business in a US Property owned facility!

U. S. Property is one of, if not the best commercial property managers in Lincoln! They are great to work with- very professional, responsive in communication, and overall nice to talk to.nMy experience over the past 7 months has been outstanding; I would highly recommend them.

I have lived downtown in the grand manse for several years and it has been the best experience in regards to apartment amenities, location and overall enjoyment. U.S. Property is wonderful to work with and always extremely responsive and friendly. Fantastic place to live!!
