Pretty good place to live, much better than 8N. Latitude offers nice amenities and they have helpful people working in the office. They have good security and they have cameras, unlike 8N. The apartments are pretty nice but sometimes things break easily. Also it smells bad sometimes in the elevator. Parking is great! And the location is amazing!

Living here has been the biggest waste of money of my entire life. They promise a ton of amenities, but they are all scams. The printer never works, the wifi is awful, and the people who work in the office are rude. Don't waste your time living here.

It's a good place to stay, especially as a college student. There are many amenities offered and the residence are pretty open to interaction.

Overall it’s a nice environment for college students. Definitely noisy from the streets and people who live on your floor & above you but its to be expected i guess... The location and amenities are genuinely very nice. Also the layout of the apartments make sense and are pretty well furnished. The lower parking garage is a travesty though, some spots are very hard to park in and people steal spots frequently but at least the ramp is like a roller coaster. The only thing that is really a problem is the floor carpets and elevator...lowkey very dirty and theres almost always pee and puke up in it.
