We had to sell our family home after my father passed away. I chose Heidi to be our realtor based originally on the name “Tenacious Realty” as I felt I wanted someone who was going to fight for me and what I wanted. I then decided after seeing all of the amazing reviews that Heidi was definitely who I wanted to sell our family home. Well as difficult as selling a home can be mentally, emotionally and physically, Heidi handles everything with professionalism, heart, understanding, knowledge and fight....just had I had originally wanted. I give Heidi 5 +++ stars and would highly recommend. She gave 100% of herself 100% of the time and I felt like she was a friend holding my hand through the entire process. Your the best Heidi!! Heidi gave us advice on preparing our home for sale, contacted lenders to be available for a unique opportunity to homebuyers and took professional pictures all BEFORE listing our property. We ended up with multiple offers and sold above listing price. We have used her for two other sales since and recommended her to friends making a difficult purchase. She outperformed all of our expectations. Highly recommend!!

Heidi and Scott have been AMAZING to work with! They are knowledgeable, professional, and have super fast follow through. My husband and I asked Heidi about seeing a house and less than two days later we had seen it and the house was ours! Without a realtor so committed to you and willing to make it work, I feel confident we wouldn't have been able to get the house we did! You can tell that they genuinely care about helping you and finding you the perfect home. Heidi and Scott have now helped my sister, my parents, and myself find a house and I would recommend them to anyone!
