Lund is absolute garbage.

The apartment was sold to the new company called Lund by Samson Construction and new ownership management office is extremely incompetent and rude. Just poor management of people. I would not recommend this apartment to any new resident.

Very nice complex that is well maintained.nThe carpets are a bit old though but they refurbished the kitchen.nPro: location, garage parking, poolnCon: pool season is short, carpets, central venting is old and loud
