They are really rude employees.nWhen i moved in to there apartments it was so dirty they didn’t clean it at all i called in 15 times so they can clean the carpets or the apartment but the manager was so rude and hung up on me.

Instilling a parking permit requirement for tenants when the original lease states free parking? What a joke. This property “management” company expects tenants to pay $50 for additional parking passes and if your vehicle doesn’t have one they tow at the expense of the owner...hmm something doesn’t add up. How about having the tenants sign a new lease with your company like you should? Instead of altering the original lease agreement set forth and signed for. Don’t expect anything to be fixed or fixed properly at their properties either. Maintenance has no clue what they are doing or find the most half witted and cheap ways to “repair” things. That is if they actually follow through with maintenance requests. I recommend avoiding a property managed by Casa at all costs. They are a joke of a company.
