My apartment is a good size for the price, and the property manager is really responsive to any problems you may experience (very rare in my experience). It's a well insulated building which keeps heating costs down in the winter, which also is great. I'm super happy living here.

I love living here! The unit is nice, the price is reasonable, and I have a fantastic landlord who is always willing to help when needed!

I like living here a lot--staff at CIP is really quick and helpful whenever my roommates or I need a repair or whatever else. I also want to add that our unit is spacious and is really well priced!

Absolutely a terrible place to live. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would rather sleep in the street and eat garbage then be on this property.
