Dispatched to my place as soon as I called, were here in minutes. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable . Had to have my sewer lines cleaned out of tree roots,and the price was very reasonable. Will def use again if needed.

JT & K were contracted by my home owner's warranty. They called me promptly to set up an appointment. They were willing to come same day.nnThey called when they were on the way. Arrived promptly. They were friendly and professional. They clearly explained to me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. After they finished they again explained what was done. The entire time they were very friendly and personable.nnI will definitely be calling them for my plumbing needs once my warranty has expired.

JT & K Services was selected when filing a home warranty service request. I was contacted within 24 hours of the service request and they were able to come out within the next 2 days. Just a broken cartridge so no real rush as we were able to still turn on water and shower just with reversed controls. They came out after contacting us to give us heads up and where able to fix the issue, answer questions that we had. Very polite and would recommend to other home owners if you are able to choose your service company.

We wouldn't use an other plumber. Infact I will wait for them. They are phenomenal. Went from one home warranty call 6 years ago to our permanent plumber. Thanks for all you do.

Complete waste of my time! I submitted a request through our Home Warranty to come inspect the water heater because we had no hot water. They were very responsive and came to look at it that day and told me I needed a new water heater. Great! No complaints from my end. They collected a $100 service fee and told me they would set up everything with the home warranty and I should hear back from them in 3 days. After 5 days of nothing, I called our Home Warranty provider and asked if they would follow up with the request. They put in a ticket to follow up with JT & K Services every day until it was resolved. After zero response for 2 more weeks, I follow up again to see what the deal was. The Home Warranty company informed me they had called EVERY DAY to follow up with them. JT & K never answered the phone and never returned their phone call. Basically they avoided the Home Warranty company like the Black PlaquennI told the Home Warranty I wanted a new plumber. So we had to start the whole process again, ugh! Luckily the next plumbing company came out, did the inspection, ordered a new water heater and installed it in only 3 days. To recap, I wasted 3 weeks waiting for JT & K Services to come fix our water heater.nnOn a side note, JT & K Services told me what they recommended needed to be fixed when replacing the water heater (piping, fittings, vent, etc). I told the 2nd plumber what JT & K told me, and they said all of that was unnecessary and that JT & K was probably adding more work for themselves because it was a Home Warranty call.nnSave yourself some time & frustration & walk away.
