I bought a bidet for my wife. I called John Henry on Monday about scheduling. I informed them that my spouse was terminal with cancer and had to use the toilet often. They were receptive and empathetic. They installed it two days later. The product is excellent. The plumber was outstanding. The customer service was a delight, a heart warming experience and an example for all to follow!! Thank you John Henry!

Absolutely amazing service! We had one company out to fix our air conditioner, and they just did a temporary fix and was costing us money. John Henry found the problem and its been fixed for a good year now! So when we had plumbing problems we knew they were the people to call. They were here promptly, got everything fixed up in great time, and were so nice! They even did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done. You'll see their trucks around town all the time, and it's for good reason! John Henry is the best when it comes to getting the job done right.

Diagnosed frozen pipes and thawed pipes where frozen. Detected needed pipe repairs and faucet replacements. Consulted with me to make a plan for those repairs in the next work week. Gave advice about faucets.nnExtremely professional repair person, very respectful and polite to a very worried homeowner. Understood the challenges of an older home. Looking forward to having Trevor back in my home to finish the needed repairs. Will certainly recommend John Henry highly at every opportunity.

We chose John Henry to do a total replacement of our heating and cooling system. They did a great job and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The technicians throughly explained everything and were very respectful of our house as they were in and out of our home all day during the replacement. Justin’s fabricated work on the furnace duct work was top notch and very detailed. Jon in sales was amazing to work with we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Always fast and friendly. They're also very good about communicating with you about your service.nnUpdate: our furnace wasn't blowing hot air and they came out on a Sunday and fixed it quickly. I cannot recommend them more.
