I am very disappointed in the service I received. I brought in a pair of jeans to be hemmed. I didn't know off the top of my head how much needed to be cut so I had an employee measure the jeans I had on. Apparently the measurement was off. I received one call from the store about this to get it fixed. I was out of town and said I would call back once I was home. When I finally called back I had to call three times to get someone to answer the phone. Once they did answer the woman on the phone said her seamstress had called several times. I only received one phone call. I will be picking up those jeans and take them to another alterations store. Very disappointed in the attitude I received from this store.
Called to verify prices and options and the lady was very rude on the phone and gave attitude. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Amazing staff, amazing job cleaning especially using good for the environment cleaning agents. They always have specials going on and really try to work with your needs.
