I worked with Ruth and Nate to sell my condo in 2014 and to purchase a single family home later that same year. I recently sold that home in March 2019. I had a great experience working with Ruth and Nate both times. They were extremely professional, and truly put their client first. They take the time to explain paperwork to you, explain every detail of the home buying/selling process, and offer sound advice and guidance, making sure that you are comfortable and understand every step of the journey. Between 2014 and 2019, I kept in touch with them both, and they genuinely took an interest in my life. That's the type of people they are; regardless of whether you are an active client or not, they still take the time to engage with you because they are good people. Ruth Littleton is a professional when it comes to selling or buying real estate. I met her and her partner many years ago. They helped me buy my first house. It was great! Then many years latter, I decided to sell my home and Ruth was there to help me sell my home. It wasn't easy with the market. When we had trouble with the bank, Ruth was right there to negotiate with the bank and correct any issues with the paper work. We had many offers and then then because of the inspection, the offers were withdrawn. Ruth was able to get information from the inspection so that I could make corrections that made it possible to sell the house. So after 1 year and 1 month, the house was sold! I am grateful that Ruth was there to encourage me and provide the professional services and consistent persistence with the bank that made all the difference.
