Property is very nice and brand new but I would not recommend renting from SSPM. Money is their priority. I was never notified I had the apartment . And they kept $1850.00 because of a signed deposit form not a lease. My point is be very careful check all reviews.

Very convenient, near most markets and most important for me just 5 minutes walk to community rail, in 1 year we only had an issue once and staff was very prompt to respond and eventually fix it.

I have lived in one of South Shore property for 13 months, my families and I had a great experience. The entire staff always greet us with respect and management has been so quick to attend to any problems that arise. We would certainly recommend using this management company based on our experience with them, appreciating the time we have spent there.

I was very exciting when i signed the lease for this apartment however after only 2 weeks of being in the apartment and finding bed bugs it was a nightmare dealing with this situation with a 3 year old son. The apartment was beautiful BUT i would not recommend renting from these people. They only care about money & not the well being of their tenants!

I have to say that the apartment building was beautifully renovated. My apartment had exposed brick, which I love. My favorite things about the apartment are the security system (you have a key fob to get into the building and you can answer the door from an app on your phone) and also the fact that you can control your heating and air conditioning from your phone. The building is very clean. Maintenance is very good with repairs; they work fast. Overall, the Standard Modern Residence is a great place to live.
