Worst broker I ever used. Almost killed the deal by not responding to buyer. Almost killed the deal again when they failed to get the water meter reading before the closing, as in RE 101. Sent buyers to the property expecting my tenant to show the property. Never responded to some buyer inquires. Never put the proper lawn sign up as requested and promised numerous times. Full of lip service instead of actual service. But he was right there with his hand out for his commission when it finally did close.
