Ran my car through this wash and I was placed very close to the car in front of me which is fine except that when we got to the tire shine part at the end it jolted my car way harder than normal. I got out to check after the wash and there is a foot long deep scratch and missing paint on my factory 2020 painted bumper. whoever was working at the time was nice and took my number down but I never received a call.
Took our car to be washed and would NEVER recommend or return. Got their ultimate wash for $17. The whole vehicle was soaked after their dryer. The vehicle was still dirty and it’s a 2007 Pontiac g6 that never leaves the city. The wheels had dirt and everything still on them. The gas station car wash at 33rd and A st by our house does a much better job for $7. First and last time trying rocket car wash.
I have been going here for a while and I love it. Only issue I have ever had would be the car behind me hitting me in the bumper at one point. Also almost hit somebody who got stuck in front of me once. Will for sure be going back.
I love this wash! It's quick and convenient with almost no line. As if that wasn't enough, you get a multi-color light show as you slide on through!
Love this place has all the services you Want And their unlimited plan save you a lot of money and you can wash your car every day or as many times as you want in a month
