I am not normally one to do this but this place is TERRIBLE. She did my full set of extensions in 40 minutes - it should take longer than this. Tried to contact them and have heard nothing. She clumped so many lashes together when putting on my extensions that it ruined my normal lashes and was painful. bad customer service and if you go there your natural eyelashes will likely fall out because of very poor application. The extensions will also be clumpy after a week. Do not waste your money on this. Bad customer service and are not doing their job correctly - just there to take your money. Would never recommend to anyone.
Both Kaylee and Tiffany have done my lashes and have been terrific. I love to get up every day and not worry over makeup.
I was told a specific price online and the lady who did my lashes charged me double but told me what she was doing after it was already done otherwise I would have gone somewhere else to get a fill. It’s been a week and all of them have almost fallen out and to large of groups of lashes per lash it’s painful not worth $80 for a week of painful lashes 10/10 wouldn’t recommend
Every time I call there’s no answer. I had an appointment set up (a month in advance) that was cancelled at last minute (by the worker) and haven’t received a refund for the deposit. The lady did try to reschedule on days but it didn’t work out. I ended up going to my friend’s salon which she was willing to take care of me last minute.
