These are beautiful apartments in a good area of town to rent. The insides are well done and you can have roommates.

They charged us for damages that were already there when we moved in. They said we left $1600 in damages when the apartment was barely lived in. Rude and unfriendly management. NEVER RENT FROM THEM!

These people are swindlers and cheats. We had a month to month lease with them. We knew we were moving out the end of February, so we called th 15th of January to let them know. They said ok and asked for the signed end of lease. We worked long hours, and they closed early multiple times due to snow. Because of this, we didn't get the document turned in on time. They charged us March's rent, even though they knew we were leaving. They charged us a carpet cleaning fee, even though a maid came once a week and cleaned. We never wore shoes in the apartment, so we didn't get them dirty. Our neighbor below us reported a broken dishwasher that didn't get fixed for 4 months. They will do anything they can to squeeze money out of people.
