I normally dont travel this far and when I do it's on my motorcycle. For the last 2 hours I have been looking for a cookie press. I called several places that got my hopes up, all to find out they didn't have it in stock. I called Ace spoke to Margaret on the phone she was nice enough to look and see if they had it before I even asked her too. She was friendly and very helpful, she found the only one they had left and she told me she would hold it for me. I was coming from 35 Minutes away and when I got there Margaret knew it was me and greeted me at the door. She greeted me with a smile, and she grabbed the cookie press for me. It's not just the fact that she had what I was looking for, but the fact that she was willing to help and was kind while doing it. You can honestly see she loves helping others, thank you Margaret and Ace Hardware for helping make my holiday perfect.
