I have always been pleased with the service at KBS. Every time I walk in, someone greets me and asks if I need any help finding anything. It is nice to have a hardware store close to home and not have to go to Rochester.
Despite multiple attempts by our builder to get our account paid before we closed on our house, we received a sizable but incorrect bill from them that took months to resolve. Also never returned any phone calls. Clearly not detailed oriented.

No customer service unless you look like a slack jawed yokel from this town in camo gear, Nobody said a word to me until I was walking out after wandering around 20 mins trying to get help and find what I’m looking for. Then as I’m walking out I finally get a “hi”nYou will never get a dime from me again, I’ll drive to Rochester and get my hardware there or online from now on. So sick of plainview and everyone’s better then you attitude....
