After blindly searching Google for a local, urgent carpet clean request (pet stain removal), I came upon 360 Steam Carpet Cleaning. Milan heard my urgency and was able to move his schedule to come to my home the same-day. Not only did he remove the pet stains from my carpet, but he left my carpets looking brand new! They dried beautifully. Milan was timely, professional, personable, and his pricing was very reasonable. He also called to follow-up with me a few days later to ensure that I was happy with the work he did. I will certainly be recommending Milan to my friends and family!

Milan did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our newly purchased home. The house had a lingering smell from the previous owners and after the carpets were cleaned the smell was gone. We also anticipated replacing the carpets in a few years but after they were professionally cleaned they appeared almost new! Overall very happy with our experience.

The office carpets needed to be cleaned, but until Milan finished the job I did not realize how badly they needed to be steamed cleaned.
