I hâte leaving negative reviews for any business...especially during a pandemic...bc I know ppl work hard but I’ve been to this salon twice and both times have left in tears. Both visits they have not done the very simple styles that I’ve showed pictures of and I’ve either left looking ridiculous or in severe pain bc my hair was braided wayyy too tight. I’ve made appointments both visits and have had to wait 1-1.5 hr just to have anyone start braiding my hair. They’re not respectful of their clients time at all and if they cannot fit someone in when they say they can they should not book the appointment then. They will prioritize taking personal phone calls over doing your hair. They also take their masks off very often while in the salon. If you have a sign asking and expecting ppl to wear mask, as business owners, you must do the same. The shop is also not very clean nor well swept even after a client leaves. Spent way way way too much money there for such awful experiences. Again, I hate leaving bad reviews but if you’re someone like me and you’re trying to find a go to spot for getting your hair braided spare your money and time and go elsewhere.

One of my favorite places to get my hair braided. Crochet styles are done in record speed! I always stop by without and appointment, and they are accommodating as much as possible

Very unprofessional woman that works or own the shop. You book a specific time for your appointment and she never shows. She shows up when she wants to and then tells you well I'm here now as if you waiting for 45 minutes after the time I booked for her to still not show. I left, called when I got back home and guess what? She answers the phone basically say you can come or not I'm here now. The nerve of these people to act like they're doing you a favor. What she needs to do is have her hair done. It's always a mess. Tend to own hair. Ignorant people or person.
