Went in for a pedicure today with my niece. It was a super basic service, nothing extraordinary. My niece was cut on both big toes, still in pain. My tech was a little rough but didn’t hurt me. What REALLY shocked me for the kind of service I got today was what I was charged. They said $48 PER PERSON $96 total. I was APPALLED! Decided fine I’ll pay this but never returning. Way too overpriced for the quality of work they offer and the lady kept insisting I do another service. You’re sweet ma’am but all set. I could do a lot more with $48 elsewhere.

Tina is excellent very professional, clean , nice she did my eyelashes, eyebrows, and pedicure French tips. Everything I asked her To do. she made sure that she gave me the best service. She made me feel comfortable As well as safe during this pandemic. I will be booking with her again when it’s time to re fill

I had set an appointment at 1pm. We had called and made sure to tell them we had 3 people. We get there early and we sign in. They have a full house. We sit and wait for our turn. It’s 25 past 1 before one of us gets called to go up. So that’s 30 minutes we’ve been waiting already. Another 10 minutes go by before another one of us is called up. As they’re getting more people coming in, there’s someone right next to me waiting over 30 minutes just for eyebrows. Yet, when someone just walked through the door complaining there’s a lot of people and she doesn’t want to wait they take her right away to do her feet and eyebrows. It’s now past 2 o’clock and I still wasn’t called to get my nails done. My little cousins come out after their nails are done and their designs aren’t even straight and done neatly. I get they want to have all the business they can to get money, but they completely over booked themselves. Why have appointments if I’m still going to be waiting over an hour to get my nails done. I ended up just leaving. Also, since they’re going to have you waiting for over an hour for whichever service you want they could at least provide some chairs. You’re forced to sit on the small window sill. Never again.

Had a 10 am appointment didn’t have to go by it being that I got there when they opened and no line anyway , man with bun did great with my nails pedicure could have been better far as material and product used service clean and professional yeah I’ll go back

I would definitely recommend boy with a man bun I should of got his name but he did such a perfect job he even helped me picked out the right color my nails came out great
