Very clean, have a lot of changes to prevent the spread of germs, friendly staff, new machines and the whole place is smoke free
Always wiping the machines down. Good selection of slots for such a small place. Parking ramp is like 2 bucks every 2 hours or the 1st hour is free if u can get in and out in that time. No table games yet though which sucks. Staff is incredibly nice. Drinks seem pricey and no access to free soda which seems to also annoy the staff when asking to get you one.
Horrible service, a machine took my money didn’t even get to play the machine and they didn’t do anything about it just told me good luck out there. I won’t be going back no wonder why you have a 3.5 star rating
Okay first off with covid they take all your information and register you for the players card. Not okay. You can't play unless you register with them and give them all your information. Then when I finally did that the table games were closed. That was the only reason I went. Waste of time. My friend likes the machines and lost $300 in 10 minutes the machines were tight as well. Never will go back. Black bear just down the road is much better.
A few security people are rude & should be working at a warehouse but certainly not all. Most are very friendly and are willing to help if you need anything walking in just sort of seems like nobody is winning just playing. Can't hear the announcements not because it's so loud but because the system is just out of date & muffled. They're very fortunate of the location they have and if they open up the games little more for winning it would be packed all day and all night.
