The staff were all outstanding. Their service was above and beyond and they actually seemed to enjoy serving their customers. The tall guy was especially engaging and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. If I were his employer I would do everything possible to keep him around. Very impressed. I came in as a new customer because I couldn't get into my regular service station but I am now a regular customer thanks to him.
I'm sure some people have not always had the best experience here but, I continue to come back. Even though I live out on 80th West, I go out of my way to get my oil changes done here. Been a customer for years, I know they're going to do what they say and the price is right. Would highly recommend!
I really wish I could leave a better review for this place. The quality of their work is pretty good....but the staff can be incredibly rude. Certain staff make you feel like your presence is a burden on them, and they scold you for doing what is asked of you (like coming inside to announce your presence, as the sign out front instructs you to do). If this place can start enforcing some standard of professionalism, I'll gladly come back.
Kept my keys in the cabin of my vehicle as asked and they locked the keys in my car. Then with out my permission begain attempting to break into my vehicle via the classic methods. I wasn't comfortable with them quickly trying to jimmy my locks.
Went for an oil change, brought my own AMSOIL oil and filter. They were friendly and quick! Loved it!
