Friendly staff that are very willing to help. Amazing selection of things given how small the store is compared to your Home Depot/Menards kinda stores
This store has one of the best, if not the best, customer service experiences in the cities. They are so friendly and helpful, I can't get more than 2 feet in the store before someone asks me if I need any help finding anything, and I really appreciate that. They've helped me trouble shoot projects and have earned my business for life. One of the good ones!
The staff practically meets you at the door and offers mostly helpful service, and have most products. Sometimes they don't actually have what they just told you they do have over the phone.
I found exactly what I needed to replace some toilet tank parts, with help from their experts!!
