Stopped in to find a specific bolt to fix something. Customer service was great in helping me find the part and multiple people asked if I needed assistance. The employee went one step further and took what i was fixing and drilled it to the correct size to match the bolt.
I went in because someone stole the license plate off of the front of my car. I am not well versed in vehicle hardware and all of the staff were very helpful in finding me the right screws and even helping me install the new plate! I'm not sure what his name was, but the mechanic gentleman who works there and the cashier young lady were very helpful and made the entire experience stress free. They have all of my future business!
This is our local hardware store and they always have everything we need. Always great for a quick stop in for everything from mouse traps to firewood. Friendly staff always willing to help find what we need.
Walked in, immediately approached by a friendly store member asking what I was looking for. When I told him he walked me to the spot and picked out what I needed! Loved the service!
The customer service here is the best of any hardware store I've ever been too
