They did a fantastic of cleaning both of our cars inside and out. The Honda Van is used primarily by our work crews and it was really dirty from all the build up over the winter. They took out our Weather Tech Matt's out and thoroughly cleaned all four of them. The inside of both vehicles looked like new inside when they were done.nCost was about $33 per vehicle but was way cheaper then a $150 detail job. It's a lot less if you are just getting the exterior cleaned. Staff was polite friendly and fast!

I have been coming here for 3 years. Lately since they have changed employees, they have not being doing a good job. Today I went through to clean my car out, I pay a hefty monthly fee of $76 and today was the last straw. Usually my vehicle is not as dirty as others, but I do expect that when I am paying as much as I would pay for a car detail, that they would do a better job. My back seat and the back middle part was not wiped at all. They increased their prices but stopped washing the mats. I am 6 months pregnant and now will have to crawl in the back seat and wash it since they did not do a good job. I am very disappointed. Car cleaning should take more than just 5 minutes when we are paying that much. Also pretty sure my car got scratched here, I wouldn’t care if it weren’t a new car. You can either do better or lower your prices. Will be canceling my membership not worth the money spent!

I have been an unlimited car wash customer for several years. I have been very disappointed that the included hand dry service has been changed to only be available for higher paying customers. The value of service that I receive now is inferior to when I first subscribed. I used to get hand dry, compressed air to dry out mirrors and other tight spots, and air freshener if I requested.nnAlso, the location I usually use added an overhead spinning soft cloth drying device. But the functionality of this is connected to the wrap-retract function for avoiding the spare tire on the back of my vehicle so I never get the benefit of the new device. This spinning dryer would have no negative affect to the spare on the back. It is stupid that it is tied to the wrap retract. The back of my vehicle never gets clean because there are no operators that ever touch my car.

Around 1pm today (Sat., April 10, 2021) I brought in a grey 2009 Honda Civic with an interior so dirty I feared it was a lost cause. I need that car, however, and since I have back problems, I brought it to Mister Car Wash in Roseville (where I’ve always had excellent service) hoping for help. By the time the vacuum-ers and wipe-down guys were done, the car’s interior looked almost new! I want to thank and praise the Mister Car Wash staff for cheerfully taking on that task and going beyond what I thought was possible. I’m more grateful than you’ll ever know!
