They have had two of my chainsaws for over a year now. I have called 4-5 months ago and asked what was going on with the one that was being rebuilt. I got told that the guy that was working on it was no longer working there but he almost had it finished, just needed to adjust the high/low on it. They would get to it that week and call me by the end of the week. Never heard from them. About a month ago I called back, got the same exact story about the guy that was working on it was no longer there etc. I told him it was the same exact story, expressed my frustrations with them. Was told they would put it at the top of the list and call me by the end of the week. Again no call. Call there today and tell them I don't care if it's done or not we were coming to get both saws. Now I get told that he don't know where they are, I have to wait till Monday. This is B.S. We will never do business with them again nor refer anyone to them.
