I was happy when he left, but the stains came back within a few days, I called him and text him several times, and he never responded...The other carpet cleaner in Braham, Quality Carpet Cleaning, always would come back, happily, if he needed too... QCC was busy for a week out....and I needed them cleaned sooner...now I know why he's so busy!
