I made an appointment here today at 3:45. I came in 5 minutes early and no one approached me. I waited in the waiting room for 40+ minutes. Two people walked in after me and got helped right away. I ended up leaving. I wouldn’t come back here

it should be called Bob Fantastic hair salon. I have been going to Bob for 38 years. I have lately given one of his other stylist a try. I do like her work. THIS HAIR SALON HAS SO MUCH TALENT THAT NOW MOST OF MY FAMILY GO THERE! I still have kinda an 1980's hair style, but she leaves it wild for me. The semi messy look. Yes I still have bangs and they work with that.nBob gave me the very best advice many many years ago, do not look at magazines and expect that your hair will look exactly like that unless a team of stylists come to your house every morning and create that same look. I believe that is the very best advice ever. No one has EVER KNOWN THAT I HAVE A PERM - EVERY SINGLE PERSON BELIEVES I HAVE NATURALLY CURLY HAIR and MY HAIR IS EXTREMELY THICK AND STRAIGHT - ALMOST LIKE A HORSE'S TAIL. SO THANKS TO BOB AND DARLENE THAT GIVE ME SOFT NATURAL CURLS THAT MAKES ME HAPPY AND FOR FIXING MY EDWARD SCISSORHANDS SELF CUTS - NO EVEN HE WOULD DO A BETTER JOB.nMUCH APPRECIATED HERE'S TO ANOTHER 39 YEARS BOB OF PUTTING UP WITH ME ALYCE
