Love it here, great apartment and fitness club, outdoor pool and even concierge trash service. Maintenance guys on top of things and office women are attentive and sweet. No complaints been here 1.5 years!!

Lived here for about a year and loved it, only moved as we purchased a home. Maintenance issues were responded to promptly fortunate to live in a complex with great neighbors and very much loved the new grilling area put in this past year. Matthew was A+ helping us move onward and we highly recommend this apartment complex.

Lived in Avana/Halstead Abington for about 3 years. Our apartment was very nice. In the time we were there we had our share of maintenance issues (fuse in dishwasher replaced, A/C charged, refrigerator replaced, emergency repair of leaking pipe into water heater, etc.), but everything was resolved/corrected in a timely manner. No issues with management, whether it was moving in, extending the lease, or vacating.nnI appreciated the construction/insulation, having lived in some cheaper apartments. The small gym they had at the time was convenient. And having your own washer/dryer is great.

Management likes to screw everyone over, you walk into an apartment with a fridge that always gives freezer burn. When you pull into the complex, you see a community grill, two jungle gyms, a new dog park and all of this other stuff that we never asked for. The best part? Rent price is now being jacked up to cover the costs. My gf had her car vandalized and they didn’t do anything about it, they have no cameras in front of the apartment buildings. Also the Abington police are useless so don’t bother calling them for help. Neighbors are always banging on walls and on doors very loudly, people park in your parking spots because there is basically no visitor parking at all, dumpsters are never emptied on time so trash always overflows and flies everywhere, rent is so overpriced for what you are getting you are honestly better off living in your car. Never coming back here again.
