Ordered carry out, few things missing from order. Upon call to complain to management we found that there are still restaurants that truly care about customer service. The manager was extremely nice and very understanding. She replaced both meals for when ever we choose to come back.
Country fried chicken best ever. That being said I'm a truck driver long haul across America. The green beans better that I can make. That has never been said by me.
This Bob Evans is a common pre-flight stop for my family. They have always had friendly staff. Today, we were seated quickly by the friendly manager. Our waiter Brian was amazing. Efficient, friendly, left us smiling. Thank you Brian!
Carry out/Delivery can be hit or miss. A miss lately. Dine in is your best bet
I was from out of town, but you waitress Holly made me feel right at home. He knowledge of the menu couple with her super friendly personality mad it a joy to be there. So much so, I went back for a second time before heading to the airport. Even ordering my food to go, Holly still shined! Oh and yes the food was great too. But I'll be honest.. even if the food wasn't great, the experience made up for it. Thanks Holly
