Caitlyn the manager took great care of me on a replacement order that was left at the window. She made it right and made me feel well taken care of! They made a mistake and she had great customer service to make up for it. I will be back based on how this was handled in a good manner!

The onion rolls on the beef and cheddar never seem to be soft or fresh like other Arby's an seem to be chintzy on cheddar. Employees are fine, food not so much, although I did try mac and cheese and LOVED it.

Can not say much since their lobby is closed and only their drive through is open. My transportation is a bicycle.

Not a very good Arby's, slow service despite only serving drive-thru during covid. Both times I've been recently they've made mistakes on both orders. 0 for 2, no stars would be a nice option. Not returning and hopefully they get their act together as an establishment. I love Arby's but avoid this one, plenty of better ones out there!
