It’s not everyday you get service like this. I came in for 5 minutes and knew right off the bat I won’t be going anywhere else. They are quick, friendly and their quality is wonderful! I have taken a few items in now since moving to the area and have been extraordinary pleased every time! The service has always been kind, friendly, and professional. The prices are very reasonable and turnaround time is faster than anywhere else I've gone before. They cleaned my wedding dress, which not only had a lot of dirt stains on the bottom but also has red wine spilled on it, and it came out perfect. Today, I brought in a romper with a broken zipper/small tear in it and a sundress that needed some alterations. He actually fixed both of them on the spot in a matter of minutes! I was very impressed and thankful that I didn't have to return another day to pick the items up. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the work I've received here and will recommend this place to everyone I know!

Took my coat here to be cleaned since it's wool. I explicitly asked for the collar to not be folded. Picked it up the next day to find the collar folded over and the structure around the neck messed up because of it.

I really had a hard time deciding on how many stars to give. I'll start by saying there place came highly recommended to me. Besides that I had a mediocre experience with this place. My daughter needed her homecoming dress altered and I called with fairly short notice to see if they could fit us in. I was told I could bring her dress in the day before the dance and that it would be ready the day of the dance. This was true. He did a good job altering the dress as well.nnHowever, when we got there at 9am to drop the dress off (the time they were supposed to open according to signage) nobody was there. Nobody actually arrived until 9:45, just before we were about to leave. When I mentioned the time to the owners neither one of them bother to apologize for their lack of punctuality, and simply said that they did not actually open until 9:30 which still meant they were 15 minutes late. Personally, customer service is a big part of why I guve people my business. A simple apology would have been nice. Again, they did do an acceptable job on the dress, but I don't think that I will go back because my time is also valuable and I didn't feel like that was a priority to the owners of this establishment.

My second time here. Was pleased my first time with this place but not this time. Took in two Pea coats on a Tuesday and they said they would be done Thursday. Well to my surprise I got a text on Wednesday saying they were all done. So I was happy cause I needed one for Thursday and didn’t think I would get them back in time. I was at work when I got the text so I had my girlfriend go pick them up for me. Finally I get off work and take the plastic off and they are exactly the same as when they were dropped off. Small white hairs from a dog still all over them and musty smelling from sitting since last year! Will never go back! Terrible. Charged me $33 and literally all they did was put them both on a hanger and put the plastic over them and called it good! If I could give negative stars I would!!!!
