I bought a pair of vintage bell bottoms that had a fairly well-used (more like shredded) button hole, and they were basically unwearable. They patched the hole, made a new one, and even reinforced the button so it wouldn't fall off. All for under $10. Well worth the money since I can get even more use out of these.

I took my trench coat in to Dirks to get cleaned as well as sprayed for water repellent. When I got it back they cleaned it but did not spray it, as they said they don't do that. I asked why I wasn't told that at the time I brought the garment in. She said they didn't know that at the time my coat was brought in (pretty lame). They also have my phone number and could have called me. I am very disappointed in Dirks and will not return there again.

CROOKS!! I brought in $800.00 worth of suites and shirts. I didn't have my ticket and they "had no record" of me dropping my items off. I went down to the SLC store and talked with the owner. I asked to review the video footage of me driving through the drive thru. He agreed, I went back. His daughter at the Farmington store pretended that was okay as she talked with her Dad in a foreign language in front of me. They offered me other people's shirts they said were left. I refused wanting my clothes back. She abruptly refused to show me the video footage tape of the week I dropped my items off and told me to leave. (I asked why she lied and where are my clothes? She said "it's our business"...indeed it appears to be how they do business.) Obviously they knew I dropped my clothes off... I have lived in Farmington my whole life and never had a problem with the previous ownership - Gary's.

Brought in a down coat with oil stains. I wasn't optimistic about how it would turn out, but it returned looking entirely clear of stains. Exceeded expectations.
