This was by far the worst carpet cleaning experience I have ever had, first they show up two hours early with 10 min notice and then come into our house and start asking us if we want the order treatment when we say we only have two hundred dollars and this is only for two rooms btw, I called a guy named shon with the company to ask if I could get it done with 200 and he told me it was like a super market the prices are the prices, I asked so if I don’t wAnt to do it now at all can I just go with another company and he said that it was $89 dollars and there was nothing I could do. Just cause they walked through my door. Then the guy came in from out side and tells me that we are gonna give a bad review so they are leaving they completely waisted my time and are very rude and over priced !! If I could give a zero star I would !!!
Super fast, great job, and even worked with us on the pricing. We did the cushions ourselves but the couch wasn't coming out right. Made our free couch worth the effort to get it for sure. Definitely recommend.
I'm about to have a baby and it is so nice to know my carpets are clean and sanitized! Shon was very friendly, professional and FAST. The dry time was also very quick. We will definitely use them again in the future.
We had some terribly damaged carpets due to stains from renter's pets. We were worried that we would have to replace the entire carpet in two rooms. We decided to first try getting the carpets cleaned. Stevens Family Chem-Dry saved us thousands of dollars. They came not once, but twice to ensure our satisfaction.
