I am thrilled with Benjamin, the incredible work he did, and the way he represented Zerorez as a whole. He was considerate, kind, very detailed, and hard working. He very clearly communicated what he would be doing and was thorough in covering my questions once the carpet cleaning was completed. My carpets are older and they have completely been brought back to life! There were a few stubborn spots that I didn’t expect to come out, to my surprise Benjamin was able to take care of most of them, and the other couple look so much better (it would have taken a miracle to completely clear them). I highly recommend Zerorez and more specifically, Benjamin. Thank you!

Amazing service! Very professional and got it done quickly. The carpet looks great. Smells very fresh and clean. We have a large dog and a cat and so there were some stains but after being cleaned there is no pet odor or stains!! They also cleaned two of our area rugs and they look brand new after being cleaned!! We are so happy with the service and quality and will definitely have them come clean again. Emilio was FANTASTIC! Great company and would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service from start to finish. I was able to be put on a cancellation list and got my carpets cleaned a week earlier which was great. The staff and technician were very friendly and professional. We just moved in this house and I don’t know how old the carpets are but they were pretty dirty and now they are noticeably cleaner and look newer! Very satisfied.

The tech (Andre) called and arrived early. He clearly explained the process and went over the billing before he started. He did a great job and successfully got all the pet stains out. Once he finished we reviewed the work together and he went over any last questions. He was courteous and professional. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will be using this company for any future carpet cleaning.
