I cannot rave enough about this company. My husband and I recently bought a house and the previous homeowners had cats and dogs that had left a "pet smell" in the carpet. After the first cleaning, we still noticed a slight smell and had found some additional spots. They came back out a retreated the few areas we noticed. A week later, it was still not 100% gone and there were some areas that just did not take very well to the cleaning and deodorizer. They came back AGAIN. Everyone we talk to is SO friendly and I am so pleased with their service and guarantee. Our carpets look and feel amazing and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends! THANK YOU!

Signed up for $40 special for 500 sq ft. Got charged a $120.00 for stairs and 1 hallaway, ridiculous!!! Also showed up with a regular carpet cleaner that most people already own. Disappointing to say the least. Won't recommend.
Lonnie cleaned our furnace air ducts yesterday and did a fantastic job. He left no mess behind and was real quick!
