I live close by and sometimes go there but today as I was patiently waiting the employee gave me a weird look with her eyes I ignored it she probably had a long day but that doesn’t make an excuse for a dirty place literally the dressings everywhere.... food and crumbs everywhere meats are mixed with other meats and the counter wasn’t wiped off like are you serious!!!

This week was the worst customer service EVER!!! I had a coupon for a sub meal, and I would get a sub free. The guy tried to make me pay for everything separately which made my bill extremely high. He was very RUDE, tore up my coupon so that I couldn't prove to him that he was wrong. He also cursed at me, I will never go there again unless they get new owners.

Everyone makes mistakes.nAt first I also felt angry at the fact that they didn't get my orders right and that I had to wait for a long time.nBut I saw that many workers look like high schoolers and maybe beginning to learn how to work. I too had times when I made many mistakes during work but able to get better thanks to those who were patient with me. So I too want to encourage them and hope they can get better with time.

I’ve been going to this Subway for 5 years. Never had a problem until now June 2020. The new people there now do not make the sandwiches in a proper manner. The meat is stuffed in the fold of the bread and not on the bottom of the bread. They don’t give the amount of meat that supposed to be given. When you speak up about it, they rather throw the sandwich away than to correct the problem.
