For the most part, their service is great, the food is delicious, and their portions don't disappoint. They may get one side wrong one in a blue moon, but they put their foot forward to make sure they correct it! Keep it up! ud83dude01
Ordered 20 chicken wings over the phone. I was told 15 minutes. I get there an hour after the call. The cashier finds my name in the system and asks for me to pay. Then she moves on to the next customer. I ask her if my food is ready since it’s been over an hour. It’s not. Then she takes the other orders, gives people food that ordered after me, makes snide remarks that “that’s what happens when your nice”. Then offers another lady who was waiting some extra food. Then she intentionally does NOT put much or no lemon pepper on my wings when she dumps a ton on everyone else’s. I felt very disrespected and I didn’t say anything because I did not want to argue with her on the first day of the new year. Very disappointing.
7pm on 19th March 2021, Manager treats the Doordash pickups like they are unimportant and teash talks them, she then starts altercation with old lady walk in customer who was skipped over for other customers, she can't manage a store and knows nothing about first in first out or customer service. Do not order from here.
We ordered 7 meals. They forgot all of the coleslaw and mac n cheese for all the meals. Plus forgot a meal. They said pick up in 20 minutes. We get there in that time and they said it will be 15 more minutes. Not a good experience at all. Came on lunch during work so it isn't like we can go back to pick up the rest.
Inside food pickup. Hard working staff. Good food.
