We had a garage fire on Sunday night. Mark came out and dropped of an air scrubber the next morning. First thing Tuesday his crew came out and started doing cleanup. His crew was very professional and did a great job. He always answered any questions I had and helped guide us throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them!nnThank you guys for the help!

I called on numerous occasions I do alot of work with Servpro tge owner I believe his name is Mark was nos not professional and never called back after 5 plus calls I deal with Servpro all over the Country and never had this kind of unprofessional experience.

The entire ServPro Livonia team was a pleasure to work with!nOur flood occurred on a Sunday night, and we were able to get ahold of someone easily that evening. They asked if it was an emergency and needed someone that evening, or if it was okay for them to reach out the following day (we went for the following day).nWhen we spoke with Mark (at the Livonia ServPro), he was so easy to work with. We had never faced anything like this before, and he explained the process to us and provided all of the information that we needed to feel comfortable through each step. Mark's team is simply incredible... they work hard and quickly, and everyone is as nice as could be!nHopefully we never face something like this again, but we'd use them again in a heartbeat, as well as recommend them to anyone facing flood damage in their home. They made what presented as an extremely stressful situation go as smooth as could be!n(Sidenote: our insurance company let us know that they are happy to hear when clients use ServPro - they feel like they are fair and have received good feedback from clients... exactly what you want to hear from your claims adjuster!)
