Had to move on I was a customer for years all of a sudden she started shrinking my Levi jeans even after the 1st wear. I explained to her that everytime i bring my jeans here they come back short in length she said it must be the manufacturer. I explained that i done bought 3 pair of new jeans and each time i bring the up here they come back a whole different size. All she had to do is own up to it since i been coming there since 2005 but she wouldn't so had to move on

It was my first time went to dry clean. I didn’t know that I have to pay first or pay later when I came back to pick up my clothes. I asked the lady and she said either ways, I had cash with me so I paid her right away. She gave me the paper, I was so stupid, I thought that was a recipe and I didn’t check. When I came back she said that I didn’t pay. I texted my husband that day and told him how much I paid for dry clean and It’s more expensive than I thought...pla...pla... and I remember exactly how did I pay, I took the money from the white envelope. She said that if I already paid she would write on the paper “paid”, It was almost $200. I asked her can she check her camera. She said there is no camera in here, all the small business won’t have camera. And you know I had to pay another $200. I paid $200 to learn my lessons. Never come back here again and don’t pay cash here because if she forgot to mark on your order number paper you may pay double
