Excellent 2nd shift staff. Friendly, efficient, best I've experienced at a Taco Bell. Clean dining room and restrooms. Happy hour pricing between 2pm and 5pm.
Waited pulled forward after placing an app order for 13 minutes and our burrito was wrong, missing a soft taco supreme and all of our food was in one bag and crushed! Steak taco had 2 pieces of steak on it and half the bottle of sauce as well! Then no one will answer the phone!
The people there are so helpful and friendly. I received my food quickly and correctly. Great job guys
Best Taco Bell location EVER! The staff is almost always super friendly. Even when obviously busy, and stressed at long lines, they maintain positivity, kindness and excellent customer service. The food is always great. In the 10 years I've been going to this location, they have only messed something up twice. We're all human and everyone makes a mistake now and then, and they made it right both times. Bridgeport Taco Bell, you are the BEST! Keep up the good work!
Was rushed at the drive through as if there were a line up but there was jo one behind me. order was not correct. :(
