Originally I was going to put two stars, but the manager's professionalism made me want to put four.nnDrive thru cashier wanted to argue with me in regards to my order on what I ordered. Then doubled down on his argument.nnPrior to and after, he did a good job, even though he was upset with me in the end.

I'm very disappointed in the service here. They gave me the wrong order and again i had to sit in the super long line to fix it. They questioned why i was returning and i said my food wasn't right. They said to me ...what you don't like it? I said that wasn't the issue and read them my order. They say oh yea we just were talking about giving out that wrong order. No apology no nothing. I will not be going here again. The management was terrible tonight.

Tried to use my gift card. I had just checked amount on card so I knew there was sufficient funds. Cashier swiped card then gave it back to me. Then gave me my food. Then told me to give the card back, it didn’t go thru and he needed to try again. Said it was declined, I needed to pay a different way. Had to pay with cash. Got home and checked funds on card and there was still money on it. He didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t even call and complain about it. Hazel park location at 6:20 on 2-25. Not happy with service!

This Taco Bell used to be my go to.I always order on the app and then drive there. Recently on three separate occasions I have ordered and pull up only to them telling me their system is down. I can understand it happening once. But three times in a row? This last time I couldn’t even cancel my order and get my money back. I don’t know what is happening at this location but it seems fishy.WAKEUP TACO BELL YOU ARE PAYING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO NOTHING

Ordered nachos with extra meat and cheese. Get home and theres next to no meat and barely any cheeae. Good thing i got an additional extra cheese on the side. Drive thru people were nice tho.
