I've been here a few times. Use to love it. Just had a full set done on August 26th. One of my nails broke off exactly a wk later. So I thought no biggie, I'll just buy some nail glue and fix it myself. Well, the glue didn't hold up and I tried gluing it a few times that day. So I called the very next day to see about having the one nail fixed. The guy told me no because it's been almost two wks. Mind you, it has not been two wks. I paid 50 to have them done and 20 tip. He just kept telling no that he wouldn't do it. I will not be going back.
I love this place. I have been going here for my mani/pedi for 5 yrs and refuse to go anywhere else. The service is AMAZING:)
Really disappointed with this nail salon. I went two weeks ago with my mom for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and it was fine. Nothing to write home about but it was nice to get pampered with everything going on in quarantine. I called today to ask for two regular manicures, because the gel is thick and peeling. I wanted to get it removed and just switch to regular for now. I was told there was no availability for today, so I then asked about the weekend. When I asked for the weekend he paused and said “we do not do regular” and hung the phone up on me. First of all that’s a lie, because I had regular there before. Secondly, I think they just didn’t want my business, because they want to make more money on the gel manicures. Extremely unprofessional and blatantly rude.
They are very fast yet gentle with brow, lip & chin waxing.nAnd they are following CoVid rules to the T which makes me very happy
Wonderful place pleasant and very up to date on being very prioritized on the safety on the covid19 very very sanitized.
