This was my first time visiting the Pontiac location and I was highly satisfied with my experience. I am a vegetarian and sometimes my order can be a bit complicated, but the staff got it 100% accurate! I was very pleased with the presentation of the food, and it was neatly placed into the bag with an appropriate amount of mild sauce. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. The line moved incredibly quickly and I was on my way home in no time. This was a flawless experience and I will certainly be visiting this location again.

When you order 18 burritos 4 tacos and 2 crunchwrap supreme but get no sauce, even when you ask to insure there is sauce. This is the third time I have gone to this store and received no sauce even when I ask to confirm. Looks like the last time.

Just went there it was at 1:20 am and the guy there tells me they are only serving soft and hard tacos. What kind of business is that? Bad business

amazing place and wonderful customer service . only thing is they are getting rid of all their best selling items . and mostly all of their items are limited time only . and they have the same food everyday .

I have gave this place. 2nd chance more than 2xnCheck your order they are Always forgetting something every time I order. Today I got NO RECEIPT?nChicken Quesadilla Combo meal with 2 bean burritos, 2 soft tacos added, you forgot my Taco that comes with combo. 3:50 pm today.nCheck your bags before you pull off. Actually go down the street and give someone else your $$ they Don’t deserve our $$
