We came to PF Chang's around 845pm tonight. We knew we came in close to closing, so we tried to order as quickly as possible. Our service was great, but our experience was ruined by the fact that there was no rice left for our meal since the kitchen already got rid of it. I don't understand why the kitchen would get rid of all the rice when there are still orders coming in. This is definitely something that this location has to address.
It's p.f. chang's so it's pricey. Wanted to try a specialty drink but didn't really care for the ginger beer or the strawberry limeade. They did take the ginger beer off my bill after I tried it and didn't like it, though! I loved the honey chicken, even though I don't care for honey. The fried rice wasn't very good, I'll get plain rice if I go back. Overall nice, clean place and really kind waitstaff!
I was here on April 12th. I'm not sure who the cook was, or is the process has been changed, but I had the best P.F. Chang's of my life yesterday. Everything was perfectly cooked, service was prompt. You folks nailed it.
Food is always well prepared, just wish the portions were larger.
Mike at the bar gave us excellent service. Food was good and hot. However, that restaurant needs a good car wash.
