I wanted to give Ed a shout out. I have had him clean the rugs in my vacation rental 3xs over the last year. I have never had to be there to meet him. I tell him how to get there, how to get in, there never been a issue and he locks up when he leaves. He has always got all the stains out from the renters (I have cream colored rugs. not the best for a rental property) he does my throw rugs and this time as a nice surprise he did my a/c vent. He has always been responsive when I call, get there in a timely manner, shows up when he says he will. He locks up when he's done and then calls to let me know. I pay him over the phone and email me a receipt. Can't ask for better then that and he is trust worth. Also gives me the best price out of other places I have called. Thank you for running a good business.
