Decent price and very nice people, but as you can see I did a better job spot cleaning wool jacket at home. The whole jacket is like that and what they did made a little cleaner. I showed the problem areas before bringing it in. They said they ran it twice and spot brushed and cleaned it. I would’ve been fine paying a little more for better work. I can’t recommend sorry.
