Love this cleaners. I've used this cleaners for years. I had to return an item once, they were very polite about attending to my complaint and it was taken care of within days. There have never been another problem since. Store is in a great location for the community as well.

I loved this dry cleaners for their price, quickness, and work for the past 3 years. Recently I have had several shirts come back with stains I am fairly confident were not from me. I do not recommend going here for your dry cleaning needs.

My wife and I have been a loyal customer of this dry cleaner for 5 years. For the price, they had always done a decent job. However, the quality of the work they do has greatly diminished over the last couple of years with my most recent visit being one that will have me looking elsewhere. When I picked up my dry cleaning I was handed a ripped pair of Navy slacks and was told they're so old and had been laundered so many times that they ripped. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until I got home and noticed that none of the several shirts I had them launder were pressed. I called the cleaners and politely explain my situation. The manager told me to bring the clothes back in and they would redo them. When I told her I didnt have time to bring everything back in and had instead requested a refund, she told me refunds are against their policy. No empathy. No apology. Just a middle finger. Believe it or not, even at $2.99, you're getting less than you pay for here.

I am new to the area so was looking for a convenient dry cleaners for my shirts and suits..nnThey lure you in with the name 2.99--but nothing is 2.99, That should be your first clue.nnThey require payment in advance--they might as well put a sign up saying we don't trust you and we are going to take your money even if we don't do our job. That should be your second clue.nnThey do not inspect their work--had a shirt returned with out a button. instead of apologizing, she blamed me. that was the third clue.nnApparently being a glutton for punishment and to give them another chance, I went in to drop off a new load of shirts. One of the shirts was brand new and folded up from the store--she gave it back to me saying she wont take it that way.nnThis place must not need customers or maybe my money isn't green enough for them. I will find somewhere that actually wants me as a customer.nnAnd by the way, don't sprain your ankle in the parking lot potholes that they don't bother to fix.nn.

Lost my navy blue suit pants. Sent wife in to pick up while I was moving furniture and was missing, called this morning and they claimed to triple check everything but read my order which was wrong claiming they may have fallen out after pick up. Probably gave to someone else, won't claimthey stole it but they obviously placed somewhere wrong. I'm just SOL on my end, but maybe this review will let people know to make sure they have the correct stuff before leaving.
