Loses two stars for the prices but earns back a star for the service. Great team of servers, very attentive. Plan a hit to the budget but worth the splurge once in a while. The bottomless side salad is a great option instead of carb heavy and fried options. Overall it was a great visit
I called to put an order in. Great customer service over the phone. Manger approved a 4 day expired birthday coupon with no questions asked. He didn't have to do that. Can't wait to go in and eat, now that our restaurants are open for dine in! And thank for having an amazing veggie burger on the menu!!!
This is the only place I can get a Turkey burger. They are really delicious most of the time, although lately they haven't been as good. I do think both the fries and onion rings are the best.
When we went on Valentine's night, the food was good, but didn't come as I asked it to be prepared. The bathroom was out of toilet paper in one stall and there are one 2 in the women's rest area. My drinks didn't come garnished as they should have which obviously isn't terrible but disappointing since part of the allure of going out is to enjoy and be entertained and who doesn't like eating the fruit that comes with their drink. A second adult beverage was so strong it was as if I was taking a shot with each sip and I ultimately couldn't finish it. Our server was very pleasant and the restaurant was clean. Just might not go back with this experience. I work hard for my money and unfortunately this experience didn't meet my expectations for dinning out.
Was told they has a 25 minute wait and that they would text us. Took over an hour to be texted and we ended up leaving. We understand busy, but realistic wait times would have been preferred.
