The first thing I noticed was how clean it was and the fact that when I walked in the door one of the sandwich artists was sweeping and there couldn't have been a crumb on the floor!!! All of the artists had smiles on their faces and said hello when we walked in. I know that during these times it can be easy to get bored and develop lax habits but, not this crew. Also the owner or manager was there demonstrating a new product to the crew and she threw gloves on and walked them through the process. That was so amazing to see. I've been on both sides and that is rare! Although this location is a little farther than my usual, I'll definitely go the extra mile...for a crew who does the same!
Easy location to get to and fast service.
Girl working must be new, she made my meatball sub with frozen meatballs and cold sauce. She had grabbed a new trey from behind her. It had to have been out of the refrigerator. How do you not think that maybe it should be hot? She seemed very poorly trained or new so I suggest a refresher coarse on the basics of her job. Sub was fine after I microwaved it at home.
Great customer service, great sandwiches.
The ladies in there were quick and really listened to what you wanted on your sandwiches and toasting them just right to everyone's liking. They were very sweet.
